Talya Gerstler is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group. Talya represents private and publicly-traded corporations, venture capital funds, private equity funds and individual entrepreneurs in a wide variety of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, debt and equity financings, joint ventures and strategic collaborations, technology-related transactions and other corporate transactions. Talya also provides advice to international and domestic clients with respect to a broad range of corporate and securities matters.
