Shira Azran is a partner in Meitar’s Corporate and Securities Group. Shira represents clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, focusing on equity financings, venture capital investments and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Shira provides ongoing legal advice to clients on corporate and commercial matters, with an emphasis on the tech sector. Shira works closely with entrepreneurs and investors in startups in their early stages and growth phase, providing support and assistance through their corporate and strategic decision-making processes, fundraising and structural changes.
