Shelly Menis Shemesh is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group. Shelly represents tech companies and startups in a wide range of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and equity financings. In addition, Shelly works closely with entrepreneurs, VCs and investors in both early stage and growth phases of tech companies and supports their corporate decision making processes, fundraising and strategic decisions.
