Ran Camchy Bio

Ran Camchy is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group. Ran advises publicly traded and private companies in the area of corporate, commercial, and securities law. Ran represents issuers and underwriters in public and private debt and equity offerings, investors and companies in venture capital and private equity transactions, and acquirers and targets in M&A deals and other commercial transactions. Ran also advises Israeli companies registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on their disclosure obligations and corporate governance issues. In addition to his training at Meitar, Ran worked as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP for a number of years.
