Odelya Lazimi Bio

Odelya Lazimi is a partner in the firm’s Tax Group. Odelya has experience in advising on tax aspects, including international and domestic transactions, mergers and acquisitions, tax disputes (assessment discussions and litigation), transfer of wealth between generations and equity-based plans. In addition, Odelya assists clients with respect to tax rulings issued by the Israel Tax Authority on a variety of tax matters.
