Oded Evron is a partner in the Corporate and Hi Tech Group. Oded’s practice primarily involves venture capital, corporate finance, debt and equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial matters. With profound experience in advising on business matters and having managed a VC fund, Oded has a practical business-oriented approach in addressing his clients’ challenges and attaining their goals. Oded has handled and led myriad corporate finance and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, asset purchase transactions as well as commercial and corporate cross-border transactions. His experience includes, among other things, representation of Technology, Ag and Food Tech and Life Sciences companies as well as entities in other industries, from early growth through their maturity stage. Oded is also experienced in the formation of and counselling on an ongoing basis to venture capital funds and other investment vehicles, in a variety of technology and other sectors and in various territories.
