Nitzan Markovits is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group. Nitzan advises public companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange on securities matters, corporate and commercial matters, and compliance with Israeli securities laws and the rules of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Nitzan also represents companies in a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private and public equity and debt offerings and tender offers.
