Merav Ben-Artzi Halpern is a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Merav has vast experience in representing Israeli and international clients in commercial and economic disputes, including representing directors and officers in class and derivative actions pertaining to directors and officers liability, representing corporations in complex cases pertaining to competition law, product liability and toxic torts. Furthermore, Merav has extensive experience in representing corporations and individuals in complex disputes raising issues related to trusts, partnerships and private international law.
