Lilach David-Timor Bio

Lilach David-Timor is a partner in our firm’s Tender Law Group. Lilach specializes in the preparation of various tenders (infrastructure, foundation, construction, operation, maintenance, senior officer nominations and other services) including accompanying tender committees from the stage of planning the tender through selection of the winning bid, legal consultation and representation in various courts and tribunals. Lilach handles dozens of tenders each year for public entities, including water corporations, governmental companies, governmental associations and municipal companies. Lilach also represents public entities and provides advice to boards of directors and board sub-committees.
