David Fruchtman Bio

David Fruchtman is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group (Hi-Tech department). David advises a wide variety of entrepreneurs, start-ups and mature technology companies on all aspects of a start-up’s life-cycle – from establishment, through ongoing operations and business strategies, via negotiation of debt and equity financing deals as well as commercial transactions, and up to M&A deals. In addition, David represents various ‘angel’ investors, venture capital funds and strategic investors in equity investment deals as well as a wide range of other business transactions, including debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic collaborations.
