David Dydek is a partner in the firm’s Banking and Finance Group. David advises companies and financial institutions (including banking corporations, insurance companies and pension and provident funds), both Israeli and foreign, in connection with financing transactions. David advises Israeli banks in all aspects of banking regulation, including cross-border activities, and has experience in a variety of fields in finance, including project finance, acquisition finance, real estate transactions, venture lending, derivatives and aircraft finance. David has been ranked as a highly regarded attorney in banking and finance by the IFLR1000. Prior to joining Meitar, David was an associate in the banking and finance groups of DLA Piper LLP (US) and Mayer Brown LLP in New York.
