Anat Tichler is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Anat specializes in a variety of complex real estate transactions involving residential, office and commercial buildings, and she advises entrepreneurs engaged in real estate projects from the stage of purchasing the land and until the sale of the units and their population. In addition, Anat has extensive experience in real estate financing transactions and construction loans, and she advises both financing parties, including banks, insurance companies and other institutional entities, and borrowers. Anat also specializes in the field of urban renewal, National Outline Plans 38/1 and 38/2, purchase groups, lease agreements, combination agreements, real estate co-ownerships, contractor agreements and consulting agreements.
