Mark Seelig is a Co-Founder and Chairperson of MSF, and a member of its Executive Committee. Mark is a seasoned business attorney. He is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of a series of real estate private equity funds and investment vehicles with current real estate holdings in excess of $3.5B, employing nearly 300 people full time. With an uncommon background and proven experience in creating and growing successful businesses, Mark delivers enhanced value to clients in their decision-making process. During his 30+ year legal and business career, Mark has gained a unique blend of business, litigation and corporate legal experience. He represents clients throughout the United States in all aspects of commercial business transactions, from formation and financing through the acquisition, growth, merger or sale of their business interests. Mark has represented clients in billions of dollars of transactions and hundreds of negotiated deals.
