Darinne Ko began her career with O’Melveny & Myers LLP. She specializes in restructuring, insolvency, distressed mergers and acquisitions and special situations financing. She has experience in cross-border restructurings involving Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 of the United States Bankruptcy Code and related litigation, and contentious and non-contentious restructuring matters in London, Switzerland, Indonesia, China and elsewhere. Darinne represents companies, shareholders, hedge funds and other stakeholders in emerging markets special situations.
