Marina Tran is a capital markets lawyer with a growing practice focused on mergers and acquisitions. She also advises both issuers and investment dealers on public and private securities offerings, and various types of financing transactions. She has significant experience acting for clients in cross-border acquisitions of companies and businesses. Assisting public companies in a range of industries including life sciences and technology, Marina provides counsel on general securities compliance, continuous disclosure and corporate governance. She also works with startups and emerging companies. Prior to her legal career, Marina worked in corporate development at a biotechnology company, giving her first-hand knowledge of the needs of clients in the life sciences space.
