Jeff Wust maintains a dynamic capital markets and securities practice. In addition to his work in mergers and acquisitions, Jeff advises entrepreneurial growth companies at every stage of development, as well as the venture capital and private equity firms that provide them with capital. Assisting a wide range of clients, Jeff provides counsel to growing and established companies in the telecommunications, energy, technology, mining and cannabis sectors. Before joining McMillan, Jeff practised at the New York and Silicon Valley offices of a US law firm, gaining insight and perspective that benefits his clients on either side of venture capital transactions in the technology space.
