Georges Dube Bio

Georges Dube is recognized as a leading corporate finance and securities lawyer with a business law practice focused on capital markets and corporate governance. He has extensive experience in public and private securities offerings, as well as takeover bids and mergers and acquisitions, both in the Canadian and cross-border context. With extensive transactional experience in industries including mining, technology, cannabis and life sciences, Georges helps startups and established companies achieve their goals while safeguarding their interests in the marketplace. His clients include large, mid-cap and emerging public issuers, as well as bank-owned and independent investment banks, activist shareholders, and domestic and foreign acquirers of Canadian public entities. Georges served as a trustee of the publicly traded Slate Office REIT from 2012 to 2017.
