Enda Wong Bio

Enda Wong is the Montréal Leader of the Business Law Group and Head of the Montréal Corporate Services team. Additionally, she is a highly experienced business lawyer whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity and venture capital investments. She has recognized expertise in acquisition financing, corporate organizations and structuring. Practising both common law and civil law, Enda handles a variety of regional, national and cross-border transactions. She is trusted for advice on the similarities and differences between the two legal systems. Enda has gained significant experience and industry knowledge in the technology and food and beverages sectors. Acting on behalf of private enterprises, institutional and private equity investors and non-profit organizations, Enda provides counsel on commercial, regulatory and compliance-related issues, including in respect of services agreements, contests filings and compliance with the Charter of the French Language. Before joining McMillan, Enda worked in the legal department of a large international pharmaceutical company, and volunteered with the McGill Legal Information Clinic and Pro-Bono Students Canada while studying law.
