Eric Honick concentrates in corporate law, securities law, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Honick has a diverse corporate, securities and business background and has represented a broad range of clients from individual entrepreneurs to large publicly-held companies. His securities experience includes public offerings, private placements, and SEC compliance. Mr. Honick has represented companies in connection with asset-based financings, industrial development bond loans, leveraged leases, and other similar financing transactions. His expertise also comprises business organizations and transactions, with an emphasis on partnerships and limited liability companies, corporate reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions. He is admitted to practice law in the state of New York, and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He received his B.A. degree in government from Harvard College (magna cum laude, 1971) and his J.D. degree from George Washington University (with honors, 1976), where he was Managing Editor of the Law Review. Mr. Honick began his career as an associate with the New York firms of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft and Kronish, Leib, Weiner & Hellman. He later became a member of Kaufman Goldstein Gartner & Taub, P.C. Mr. Honick joined Snow Becker Krauss P.C. in 1995. Mr. Honick is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the American Bar Association (Member, Business Law Section).
