Bio

John Boudreau is a partner in the firm’s Halifax office. John regularly represents private corporations, institutional lenders, private equity funds, entrepreneurs, and family offices in a range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including M&A transactions, acquisition and project financings, corporate re-organizations, and general corporate matters. John currently serves as Director and Past President of Ski Nova Scotia. Prior to his legal career, he recorded and toured with a well-known Canadian musician.
