Greg Rushton Bio

Greg is a partner based out of our Sydney office with a practice focused on corporate and commercial law, as well as real property transactions. Greg advises clients on a variety of business matters including corporate governance, implementing tax efficient business structures and tax driven reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, equity financing and security placement. He regularly works with professionals, private and traditional lenders, First Nations communities, small business owners, established corporations, as well as not-for-profit and government organizations. Greg takes pride in giving back to the community and has been a director for various local organizations. He is the past Chair of Talbot House (Society), an addiction recovery house for men, and currently serves as a director of Unity House Society. Off the clock, Greg enjoys many sports, especially golf and hockey with his son, Mac.
