Rubin Pusha III practice focuses on healthcare transactional and regulatory matters for a variety of healthcare companies, investors and providers. He takes pride in getting to know his clients’ and utilizes savvy business strategies in order to help them achieve their goals. His experience includes representation of hospitals, health systems, medical practices, physical therapy practices, and health care services companies in acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side), joint ventures, general corporate matters, and corporate governance and compliance. Rubin also helps clients navigate corporate practice of medicine, Stark law, federal Anti-Kickback Statute, and state and federal fraud and abuse laws when exploring complex transactions.
