Ramsey White III Bio

For over 25 years, Ramsey has regularly represented private equity funds, founders/owners, independent sponsors, and family offices in their acquisitions and sales of companies in a wide range of industries and complexities, including pre-closing restructurings and rollover equity reinvestments. Prior to his legal career, Ramsey was an accountant with PriceWaterhouse, and he uses his strong accounting, tax, and finance background to help his clients navigate many of the complex issues that arise in the course of a transaction.
