Nick’s practice focuses on structuring, documenting and negotiating financing transactions, including syndicated, club, and bilateral credit facilities, asset-based loans, dividend recapitalizations, and acquisition financings. His experience includes the representation of agents, lenders, borrowers, and participants in senior secured, pro rata, second lien and mezzanine financings with an emphasis on healthcare and franchise financing transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Nick was an associate with a Nashville based law firm where he represented clients in connection with general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, capital markets transactions, corporate governance and real estate transactions.
