My focuses his practice on corporate and commercial lending transactions. He represents agents, lenders, borrowers and participants in syndicated, club and single lender credit facilities. His experience includes cash flow and asset based facilities, venture financings, leveraged acquisition financings, working capital lines, refinancings and dividend recapitalizations. In addition, he has experience with non-performing commercial loans involving workouts and restructurings.
