Kevin Boardman concentrates his practice on advising private investment funds and institutional clients in connection with domestic and international business transactions. He also represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, securities matters and corporate transactions. Kevin regularly advises sponsors of private equity funds, hedge funds and other pooled investment funds on private fund structuring and fund raising, as well as SEC and state-level investment adviser registration and a wide range of regulatory compliance matters. He also represents institutional investors, including funds-of-funds, insurance companies and sovereign wealth funds, regarding their investments in other private funds.
