Dan serves as a trusted business advisor to public and privately held companies as well as private equity funds, regularly leading mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments, cross-border transactions, and joint ventures on their behalf. His deal experience includes buy-side (both strategic and financial) and sell-side representations across a variety of industries, including energy, logistics, food and beverage, chemicals, financial services, software and technology, food service, manufacturing and business services. Dan also regularly counsels clients on corporate governance, supply chain management, and other general corporate and business law matters.
