Brian Hager Bio

Brian serves as a co-leader of the firm’s Strategic Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. He has extensive experience advising both public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, securities offerings, and corporate governance matters. Brian represents clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, consumer packaged goods, finance, and insurance. Brian volunteers with Central Virginia Legal Aid’s Pro Bono Hotline program, and frequently lectures on mergers and acquisitions and venture capital at the Washington and Lee University.
