As a partner in the Corporate & Private Equity group, Brian represents investment funds and strategic acquirers in connection with mergers, acquisitions, investments, divestitures and other strategic and financial investment activities, with a particular focus on debt financing structures. In addition to his corporate practice, he advises Fintech clients with respect to the development of new financial products.
