Andrea Lee Linna co-leads McGuireWoods’ Digital Health, Technology and Innovation practice group. As a partner in McGuireWoods’ Chicago office, Andrea advises investors, healthcare providers, and healthcare technology companies on mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and security, regulatory requirements, and healthcare IT. Andrea frequently speaks and writes about emerging healthcare and technology topics. She has been quoted by CNBC and Crain’s and has given guest lectures on health care law at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, the University of Michigan School of Public Health, Loyola University School of Law, and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Andrea is the host of the podcast Health+Tech and is a weekly guest on Becker’s Digital Health and Health IT Podcast. Andrea is also a member of McGuireWoods’ legal practice innovation committee, which partners with firm clients on innovation initiatives. Prior to joining McGuireWoods in 2021, Andrea was a partner at an AM Law 200 law firm.
