Alyssa Campbell extensive transactional experience extends across a variety of industries with a particular focus on private equity-backed healthcare and corporate transactions. Alyssa regularly represents private equity funds, institutional co-investors, strategic acquirers, independent sponsors, founders and executives in a wide variety of transactional matters, including platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, control, minority, growth and structured equity investments, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations, commercial transactions and corporate governance matters. Alyssa also serves as a strategic corporate advisor to private companies, assisting with their financings, commercial agreements and corporate governance and compliance matters. Alyssa is active in the healthcare private equity community. She regularly authors McGuireWoods industry studies and serves as an expert contributor and moderator on emerging deal points and trends in the healthcare investment sector.
