Thomas Mitchell practice includes commercial mortgage loan transactions for lenders and borrowers, as well as property acquisitions and sales, and leasing transactions involving industrial, commercial and multi-family properties on behalf of investors and owners. Tom represents banks, insurance companies and private lenders in all aspects of their commercial loan transactions, from loan commitment through closing, as well as loan modifications, restructures and workouts.
