Bio

James Green is a commercial litigation attorney who has tried a variety of complex business disputes including shareholder litigation, partnership disputes, bankruptcy litigation, securities litigation, state tax litigation and accountant's liability matters. Jim assists members of the wealth preservation practice in litigating trust, estate and fiduciary matters, often involving closely-held or family-owned businesses. Jim has argued complex business cases in the Appellate Court and Supreme Court of the State of Connecticut. Jim is a past President of The Hartford County Bar Association and President of the Hartford County Bar Foundation.
