Daniel Borek is a Member in the Executive Compensation and Governance Practice Group and Business Department at McDonald Hopkins. As part of the Executive Compensation and Governance team, Daniel represents compensation committees, companies, and senior executives in the negotiation and structuring of executive employment and severance agreements, as well as equity and deferred compensation arrangements. He also advises management teams in private equity deals, M&A and real estate transactions. Daniel brings a broad range of corporate and real estate experience advising on matters including business formation, capitalization, commercial contracts and commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining McDonald Hopkins, Daniel was a member of the corporate and real estate departments of an international law firm. Daniel earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in criminology and law at the University of Florida.
