Pierre-Andre Brandt advises clients on corporate and real estate law. He has particular experience in real estate transactions (asset and share deals, single and portfolio transactions), in project developments and in the area of commercial tenancy law. In addition, he has special expertise in real estate financing and real estate asset management. As part of his PhD studies through the University of Düsseldorf, Pierre-André Brandt was a visiting scholar at the institute for private law at the University of Oslo. As a legal trainee at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, Pierre-André worked, inter alia, at McDermott on real estate matters in Düsseldorf and New York.
