Ben Mortimer specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic commercial arrangements, divestments, corporate restructures and complex service and supply arrangements. He has extensive expertise in the financial services sector including advising leading financial institutions and the ‘Big Four’ banks. Ben’s broad sector experience and knowledge spans financial services, government, infrastructure and health. He has acted for both domestic and international clients and has worked closely with a number of New South Wales government agencies.
