His practice focuses on public finance matters, including municipal finance transactions, and on counseling clients in the purchase, management and disposal of commercial loan and REO portfolios. Mr. González Suárez also acts as counsel for financial institutions in commercial lending and structured finance transactions. He regularly advises individuals and financial institutions on estate planning and compliance matters. He also has experience assisting buyers and sellers in various industries during stock purchases, asset purchases and restructurings. Mr. González Suárez worked at McConnell Valdés as a Summer Associate in 2016 and 2015 and as a Student Law Clark in the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate & Finance Practice Groups during his second year of law school.
