Suzanne Murphy Bio

Suzanne Murphy is a partner in our Business Law Group in Toronto with a practice focused on private mergers and acquisitions, private corporate finance and general corporate matters, particularly in the power industry. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the McCarthy Tétrault Foundation. Suzanne regularly represents national and multinational corporations and venture capital investors. She has significant experience representing acquirers, investors and developers of a variety of power generation assets including natural gas, wind, solar, biomass and nuclear.
