With extensive experience in real estate, condominium and business law, Avril Lavallee provides exceptional value and service to clients throughout the Kitchener-Waterloo region. By being adaptive to their needs and collaborative with all stakeholders involved, she delivers practical, cost-efficient solutions to her clients’ complex business and real estate issues. Avril’s clients include privately held corporations, entrepreneurs, land developers, builders and financial institutions. She has been involved in many high profile developments, both residential and commercial throughout Southwestern Ontario. She practices in the area of condominium law and regularly assists developers with the registration of residential and commercial condominiums, including standard, phased, vacant land and common element condominiums. In addition, she provides advice to property managers, boards, and unit owners. Avril also practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law. She frequently assists clients with incorporations, amalgamations, corporate re-organizations for tax planning, creditor protection and succession planning, purchases and sales of shares and assets of privately held corporations, and shareholders' agreements. Avril joined MGBW in 2004 and was promoted from Associate to Director in 2013.
