Peter Campitiello, East Brunswick Office Managing Partner, represents public and private companies in corporate, securities, and commercial matters, including financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory issues. Peter routinely serves as outside general counsel to companies in the life sciences, alternative energy, cannabis, and private equity industries at all stages of their business life-cycle, advising on the many complex legal issues affecting their businesses.
