Brendan Murphy Bio

Brendan is a partner and incoming Head of the McCann FitzGerald’s Corporate and M&A Group. Brendan specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments/bolt-ons and disposals, alternative capital investment transactions, joint-ventures and re-organisations. Brendan advises clients across a variety of business and industry sectors with a particular focus on infrastructure, real estate, construction, engineering, financial services and healthcare. Brendan plays a lead role as part of the firm’s private capital offering, working with specialist colleagues in asset management and funds, regulatory, tax, real estate, construction and debt finance to design and optimise structures for deployment of private capital in Ireland, and to deliver private equity and private capital investment transactions.
