Keith McIlhaney Bio

Keith McIlhaney is an attorney and former banking officer whose transactional, litigation and business counseling practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial law and banking, with an emphasis on loan documentation, loan workouts, creditors’ rights, real estate foreclosures, and related litigation. He has a wealth of experience representing financial institutions, including a significant number of community banks in Oklahoma, in analyzing, reviewing, negotiating and documenting commercial loan transactions. He also frequently represents clients in reviewing, analyzing, negotiating, and documenting commercial and secured transactions. Such transactions have included all phases of financing including both real estate and asset-based lending. A portion of Keith’s practice is devoted to aggressively pursuing and protecting the interests of his clients in litigation in both judicial and non-judicial forums. His commercial litigation experience includes banking and bankruptcy litigation as well as the resolution of disputes involving real property. Prior to entering private practice, Keith served in credit administration compliance and lending operations roles for two of the state’s largest financial institutions. He is a graduate of the Oklahoma Bankers Association Compliance School.
