Mariam Auda Bio

Mariam is a partner at Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy and a member of the Corporate M&A practice group, with considerable experience in the areas of corporate law, M&As, joint ventures, transactions, new projects, and other general corporate matters. She excels at ensuring compliance with local laws, corporate governance, and covering all aspects of investing and doing business in Egypt. She has extensive practice knowledge that center around providing MBH’s clients with necessary legal advice and procedures. Mariam’s practice focuses on advising private sector companies on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, company formation and administration, corporate governance and corporate secretarial work; drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts and transaction-related documents including, share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, escrow agreements, management agreements and disclosure documents.
