Ryan Roberts Bio

Ryan Roberts is a tax attorney and Partner of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, he was a partner in the tax group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York. At K&E, he represented numerous private equity funds and their broad range of portfolio companies, along with other public and private companies, in complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
