Jonathan Perrin Bio

Jonathan Perrin is a Partner of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, Mr. Perrin was an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP, where he was a member of both the Private Equity and Technology Companies & Life Sciences groups. Mr. Perrin has represented both private equity funds and their portfolio companies as well as venture-backed clients on a variety of matters, including complex domestic and cross-border transactions, financings and general corporate matters.
