David Mannion is a tax attorney and Partner of MCLLP in New York. Prior to joining MCLLP, he was a partner in the tax group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York. He represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies, along with other public and private companies, on tax matters in complex domestic and cross-border business transactions.
