Daniel Cohen Bio

Daniel Cohen is a Partner of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, he was Counsel in the Private Equity and M&A group of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York. At Weil, he represented numerous private equity funds and their portfolio companies in complex domestic and cross-border acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, restructurings, equity financings, and general corporate matters. He has also completed secondments at Brookfield Asset Management and The Blackstone Group. Mr. Cohen earned his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham Law School and his Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College. Mr. Cohen is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.
