Carmen Wong Bio

Carmen Wong represents sponsors in the establishment of private investment funds and investment arrangements across a variety of alternative investment strategies, including private equity, credit and real assets. She advises sponsors on the entire fund life cycle, from formation to restructuring and liquidation. Ms. Wong also advises sponsors on the structuring of management company and carry vehicles and the establishment of their internal governance and compensation arrangements. She represents both sponsors and investors in seed and stake investments in connection with the launch of emerging sponsors and new business lines. Ms. Wong received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University College of London and her Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School. Ms. Wong is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
