Andrew Kang Bio

Andrew Kang is a Partner of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, Mr. Kang was an associate with the Private Equity and M&A group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago, Illinois, where he represented private equity sponsors and private and public company clients in a wide range of complex transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and securities offerings, and advised on various corporate governance matters.
