Alice Yuan Bio

Alice Yuan is a Partner of MCLLP. Prior to joining MCLLP, Ms. Yuan was Vice President, Corporate Development, Cloud Services (and, prior to that, Assistant General Counsel) at j2 Global, a highly acquisitive public company, where she worked closely with senior leadership on M&A, corporate governance, financing and strategy. Prior to j2 Global, Ms. Yuan was a partner with the private equity and M&A group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Los Angeles. During her time at K&E, she represented numerous private equity funds and their portfolio companies, along with other public and private companies, in complex transactions and various other corporate matters.
